Mahathai Communities Foodbank

The Mahathai communities foodbank is now open!

It is based on the structures of foodbanks in England, and is only for the people living in the local Mahadthai slum communities. It is based around a voucher system, run by the local communities, and local churches and businesses are donating food which is stored and distributed at the place of grace to those with vouchers only.

The foodbank is staffed by volunteers from local churches, and will be open for distribution weekly to the hungry.

If you can help with donating food, please see the list below for the items we require. We have a list for donated items. We also are grateful for donations of money to buy eggs so we can ensure the food bank provides food which is nutritious.

We can arrange to collect donations of food.
